How it works

How setup works

  1. Tell us how your club runs

Your association, how you pick teams, your bylaws, your logo and colors.

  2. We build your site

We load your roster and bylaws, set your rules, and create the officer accounts.

  3. Your officers take over

A short training session for officers, then members get their sign-ins.

Questions

Questions officers ask

Who owns our club's data?

Your club does. Ask for a full export any time, including if you decide to leave.

We draw teams instead of rolling off. Will it work for us?

Yes. Team selection follows your club's own rule, whether that's a draw, a roll-off or something else.

Do members need to download an app?

No. It opens in the phone's browser, and anyone who wants can add it to their home screen.

Can we use our own web address?

Yes. Your site can live at yourclub.bowlworx.com, or at your club's own domain if you have one.

What if we need help?

Email us at hello@bowlworx.com. We keep your site running, backed up every day, and up to date.

Can we try it first?

Yes. Look over the demo club, then email hello@bowlworx.com and we'll open the demo lanes: we'll reply by email with a sign-in so your officers can click through a practice club.
